In reference to our request of the quotation for the Flip Top Injection Mould, I am providing you the details and specifications of the mould we need, so you can quote asap.
DETAILS OF THE MOULDS...
Quantity of Moulds required ----------------2 (two moulds).
Type ----- ---------------------------------Hot runner.
Quantity of Cavities -----------------------8 per each mould.
Material of the mould ----------------------Good quality, Stainless steel.
Minimum life time --------------------------1,000,000 shots per each mould.
These moulds would run in a Press of------- 80 tons.
DETAILS OF THE FLIP TOP CAP...
With these 2 moulds we want to produce------Flip Top Cap. (please see the attached images).
Size of the cap-----------------------------28/400 (28mm of diameter / 400 is the tread height classification).
Weight of the cap---------------------------3.2 grs/each.
THE INFORMATION WE REQUEST FROM YOU ASAP IS THE FOLLOWING...
1) Price for each mould with the specifications mentioned above.
2) Cycle time to produce 8 caps per shot.
3) Total Quantity of caps per year that we could produce with each (one) mould,
- if we run it 24 hours/day during the complete year except the expected maintaining dead times.
4) Mould dimensions in centimeters (large x wide X height).
5) Delivery time for each mould.
6) If it's possible provide two quotations, one with and other without the "Automatic Closing Machine" for the
- caps,(pistons).
WE WILL APPRECIATE IT IF YOU COULD SEND THIS INFORMTION ASAP.
